Johns Manville Spider™ Spray-in
Insulation and the JM Spider Insulation
Delivery System offer a revolutionary way to
insulate homes. Spider is lightweight fiber
glass insulation bound together with a
non-toxic, water-soluble adhesive that also
binds to cavity surfaces for gap-free
coverage. Spider’s variable thickness levels
can fill 2" x 4" cavities up to an R-15
thermal rating, and 2" x 6" cavities up to
R-23. JM Spider fills a regular (2" x 4")
cavity in 10-20 seconds and dries in 2-8
hours – six times faster than cellulose.
Energy Efficient – When professionally
installed, each year Spider saves 12
times the energy
required to produce it.

JM’s new formaldehyde-free
products provide the same great performance
you’ve come to expect - only without the
formaldehyde - so you have one less thing to
worry about. Why did we take the
formaldehyde out? Because we listen to our
customers.
|
Better for the Environment
JM Formaldehyde-free insulation uses an
innovative new acrylic binder that
eliminates binder-related formaldehyde
emissions during manufacturing, and after
installation will not off-gas formaldehyde
inside your home. And our insulation
contains 20% post-consumer recycled glass.

THERMCO® FOAM
The most popular feature of THERMCO® FOAM in
block walls is its cost. Prices are competitive
with less effective
loose fill materials.
THERMCO® FOAM saves the hassles and
inconvenience of storing and pouring loose fill
materials. No more broken bags and dusty working
conditions. Scheduling is a breeze! Most
jobs are installed after the walls are finished
and a roof is on the building. Contractors can
top fill cores before the bond beams are in
place, or drill small holes through the mortar
lines, injecting the foam, and then plugging the
holes.
